Michaël Niego

Michaël is a Senior Director in CBRE's Capital Markets department. Since joining the team in 2010, he has developed extensive expertise across all asset classes in Belgium and Luxembourg, with a strong track record in office and project transactions.

Michaël provides a multidisciplinary approach, combining real estate expertise with legal, corporate finance, and technical skills, often involving collaboration across departments at national and international levels. He brings 20 years of cross-functional experience in real estate, having worked as a Research Analyst and Investment Consultant at Catella, a Tax Consultant at PwC, and a Project Finance Manager for a developer, before joining CBRE.

Michael is a graduate of the Solvay Business School (Université Libre de Bruxelles). He obtained a Master's degree in finance in 2004 and a Post-Master’s certificate in taxation in 2007.
